Promotion and period

The promotion has two offers, with different deadlines. Both deadlines are in Brasília time.

• Offer 1 — first month of the monthly plans: from Oct 6, 2026 through Oct 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM.
• Offer 2 — first year of the annual plan: from Oct 6, 2026 through Nov 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM.

What counts for the deadline is the date and time the payment page (checkout) is opened or the plan change is confirmed.

Offer 1 — first month of the monthly plans

The first charge of the monthly plans below is discounted. From the second charge on, the regular plan price applies.

• PRO: $9.80 for the first month; then $39/month.
• Business: $19.80 for the first month; then $49/month.
• Advanced: $39.80 for the first month; then $99/month.
• Enterprise: $119.80 for the first month; then $279/month.

Accounts billed in Brazilian reais pay R$49 (PRO), R$99 (Business), R$199 (Advanced) and R$599 (Enterprise) for the first month; then R$197, R$247, R$497 and R$1,397 per month, respectively.

Who is eligible

A workspace (the company account in NicoChat) that has never had a paid plan subscription. This includes new accounts, accounts on the free plan and accounts in a trial period. A card trial that was never charged counts as "never paid". Eligibility is per workspace, not per person.

Whoever subscribes with a trial period (14 days with a card) within the deadline keeps the discount on the first charge, even if that charge happens after Oct 31, 2026.

What is excluded

• The Starter plan.
• The annual plans (Offer 2 applies to them).
• The 12-month contract.
• Whitelabel accounts.
• Workspaces that have already had a paid plan, even if cancelled, or that were granted a paid plan outside the payment platform.

Offer 2 — first year of the annual plan

On the PRO, Business, Advanced and Enterprise annual plans, the first year costs 12 times the monthly price with a 40% discount. It is charged upfront, once a year. The renewal, after 12 months, is at the regular annual price.

• PRO: $280.80 for the first year (equals 12 × $23.40); regular price $350.
• Business: $352.80 for the first year (12 × $29.40); regular price $450.
• Advanced: $712.80 for the first year (12 × $59.40); regular price $890.
• Enterprise: $2,008.80 for the first year (12 × $167.40); regular price $2,399.

Accounts billed in Brazilian reais pay R$1,418.40 (PRO; regular R$1,770), R$1,778.40 (Business; regular R$2,250), R$3,578.40 (Advanced; regular R$4,440) and R$10,058.40 (Enterprise; regular R$11,970) for the first year.

Who is eligible

Any workspace: new, on the free plan, in a trial period, or already on a monthly plan and moving to the annual one. Only whitelabel accounts and workspaces under a 12-month contract are excluded.

What is excluded

• The Starter plan, which has no annual version.
• Combining it with Offer 1 or with coupons and promo codes.

How to get the discount

The discount is applied automatically on the payment page (Stripe) when the workspace is eligible. There is no code to type. The discounted amount is shown before you confirm the payment.

Cancellation, plan changes and refunds

Cancellation and plan changes follow the Terms of Use. In addition:

• Changing plans after the first discounted charge is billed at the regular price of the new plan. The discount is not applied again.
• Whoever cancels and subscribes again is not eligible for Offer 1, because the workspace has already had a paid plan.
• The discount cannot be converted into money, credit or a refund.

General provisions

• NicoChat may end the promotion before the deadline, or deny the discount, in case of fraud, use of several workspaces to repeat the discount, or violation of the Terms of Use.
• Changes to these rules are published on this page, with the date of the change.
• Cases not covered here are decided by NicoChat in accordance with the Terms of Use.

Frequently asked questions

I already have a monthly plan. Am I eligible for Offer 2?

Yes. Whoever already has a monthly plan and moves to the annual one within the deadline pays the first year at the discounted price. Only whitelabel accounts and workspaces under a 12-month contract are excluded.

I had a paid plan and cancelled. Am I eligible for Offer 1?

No. Offer 1 is only for workspaces that have never had a paid plan subscription, even one that was cancelled.

Does the annual discount apply to the renewal?

No. The discount applies to the first year only. The renewal, after 12 months, is at the regular annual price.

I am in a trial period. If I subscribe now, do I pay the discounted first month?

Yes, as long as your workspace has never had a paid plan and the payment page is opened by Oct 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM, Brasília time. A card trial that was never charged counts as "never paid", and the discount applies even if the first charge happens after Oct 31.

Can I use a coupon together with the promotion?

No. Neither offer can be combined with coupons, promo codes, affiliate coupons or individual conditions.
